Why would a loving God allow someone to be born like this?
She must be in pain, and have no quality of life whatsoever. Why would a loving God do this to someone?
And on top of all that, according to Christianity if she doesn't 'accept Christ' (she's probably not capable) she'll burn in hell forever. What a loving God!
So, Christians - why would God let someone be born this way, and how can I worship such a monster?

Who are you to tell her her life is worthless? Most people are born like that because people like you reject God an make the world a sick place to live in.
Your using her as a scapegoat to curse God and that makes you sick.
I have seen people deformed attached by there heads and they don't reject God regardless of their deformity.
