My computer, without being connected to the internet, picks up radio programming.?
In 5 second or so spurts. How does this happen and can I stop it from happening?
That is odd!
Sounds like your system may have been infiltrated by some kind of malware and what you're hearing is not a live broadcast but rather recorded and played back on your system even though not connected to the Internet.
Run a scan with Malwarebytes (it's Freeware) and it might just find the culprit.
